নূয়াইমা নাম রাখা যাবে কি?

Assalamualaikum Sheikh Lutfor Farazi,

We are expecting our first baby in May 2016 inshaAllah.
We are short listing name for the baby. For baby girl, we like to name her:

“Nuaymah Zahra Mahmud”.

My questions is
Part1:
what is the meaning of this name. I have read from internet that Nuaymah meaning narrator of hadith but could not find the actual meaning. If Nuaymah (RA) is narrator of hadith, which hadith she narrated.

Part2:
Can I use my surname (Mahmud) for my daughter. What is the Islamic tradition regarding this.

Part3:
Nuaymah Zahra Mahmud from Islamic point of view is this a good name in terms of meaning and other factors.

Please advise me on this issues. Also it would be good if you provide me some other alternate and meaningful name for Girl.

নুয়াইমা এটি নিয়ামত থেকে সুখ, স্বাচ্ছন্দ, উত্তম। আর জাহরা মানে উজ্জল, আলোকময়।

এ নামটি রাখতে পারেন। সন্তানের নামের পাশাপাশি পিতার নাম সংযোজন করা এটি ইসলামী সংস্কৃতি। সাহাবায়ে কেরামগণ নিজের নামের সাথে পিতার নাম সংযুক্ত করে বলতেন।

তাই ‌‘নুয়াইমা জাহরা মাহমূদ’ নামটি ইসলাম সমর্থিত নাম হিসেবেই ধর্তব্য হবে।

আপনার সন্তানের দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতের কল্যাণ কামনা করি।
